Returns and Exchanges

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure a true representation of each of the items online, slight variations in colour may occur.  Please ensure you check your delivery once it arrives as any shortages must be notified on receipt of your parcel.

We are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase among production of your valid proof of purchase, as long as they are returned in an untampered, unused condition and in their original packaging.  A refund will not be issued until the goods have been inspected and found to be in a saleable condition.  We will accept cancellations on our stock lines at any time prior to dispatch, if your order has already been processedd and is ready for dispatch, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. 

Please return to Duffy's Toyworld, Dunleer, Co Louth, A92 XH30 with your phone number attached so that we can contact you immediately to get your card details as we do not store them. Please ensure that the item is carefully packaged to ensure that it does not get damaged in  transit.

Refunds will be given in accordance with the method of payment and will be less the original shpping charge.  Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee.

According to the returns policy items should be returned in the same condition as they were purchased to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
