Shipping policy

Where possible, orders received by 1pm, Tuesday to Friday will be despatched same day.  Orders placed after 1pm will leave us the next working day.  Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Tuesday where possible.  

We will contact you if we are unable to fulfil any items on your order and we can offer you comparative replacements or a refund.

If you urgently require an item, you may like call us ahead of placing your order to confirm a delivery timeframe and we will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible.

Please note delivery to remote areas may take longer.  This may also occur at busier times of the year. Please bear this in mind or contact us in advance of placing your order, for further updates

Please note, where stated online, some of our products are delivered to you directly from our suppliers, please allow extra time for delivery. Please check the product page for further information.

Deliveries within Ireland, North and South will be charged at a rate of €7.95 for orders under €80, and free for orders with a value of €80 and over. Some exclusions and weight capacity restrictions apply.

Please Note - any shortages/damages must be notified immediately on receipt of parcel.
