The brave PLAYMOBIL police keep a watchful eye over the city from the air as well as on the ground. A criminal is on the run with his smuggled goods and the thief tries to escape in the rubber dinghy, but the clever pilot keeps an eye on him at all times from the seaplane cockpit and doesn't let him escape.
